Zynga Hentikan Mafia Wars Di MySpace

PENYEDIA layanan game sosial Zynga telah menutup sejumlah permainan di MySpace.

Beberapa produk Zygna, Mafia Wars, Fashion Wars, dan YoVille tidak lagi muncul di situs MySpace. Untuk Mafia Wars, Zygna memang telah mengarahkan permainan itu ke situs mafiawars.com.

TechCrunch dalam laporannya menyebutkan bahwa Zynga telah memindahkan seluruh permainan dari platform MySpace. Namun link redirect ke halaman permainan utama tetap ada.

Permindahan permainan dari MySpace sebagai salah satu bentuk konsekuensi turunnya popularitas jaringan sosial tersebut. Apalagi MySpace saat ini dalam proses untuk dijual, setelah sebelumnya terjadi PHK besar-besaran di perusahaan tersebut. Zygna menghentikan Mafia Wars di MySpace pada 18 April. (Nda/OL-06)
